21. uge i Bordeaux

Nu er efterårsvejret efterhånden også kommet til Sydfrankrig. I sidste weekend have vi omkring 10 grader og overskyet med en hel del byger. Lørdag besøgte vi derfor en af byens største turistattraktioner La Cité du Vin, som er et relativt nyt vinmuseum, der åbnede i maj 2016. Det var uden tvivl det mest moderne og et af de flotteste museer jeg nogensinde har besøgt og selvom jeg ikke er synderlig interesseret i vin, kunne jeg godt tænke mig at besøge det igen – uden børn. Det var dog også et hit med børn og storesøster brugte lang tid i afdelingen, hvor man kunne lære mere om vinenes dufte. Her var tæt ved 100 små kasser, der duftede af alt lige fra pebermyntebolcher til gamle læderhandsker (jeg er ikke sikker på, at jeg kunne tænke mig, at smage en vin, der dufter af det sidste). Men stakkels lillesøster, hvis næse sikkert er en del mere følsom end vores, brød pludselig i gråd så tårerne trillede ned af kinderne, da hun kom i nærheden af en kasse med en stærkt parfumeret blomsterduft.

Museumsturen sluttede på toppen, hvor man (inkluderet i billetprisen) kunne smage vine fra hele verden. Eftersom klokken kun var lidt over 11 (og min mand skulle køre bilen hjem), nøjedes vi med et lille glas formiddagschampange.

Søndag kørte vi ud og besøgte Karle Kronhjort og Sfævebanen, som storesøster har snakket om hver dag, siden vi var der sidste onsdag. Desværre ankom vi samtidig med en stor byge, så lillesøster og jeg søgte ly under et halvtag, mens min mand og storesøster tog 117 ture på svævebanen. Fordelen ved regnvejr er jo, at man har legepladsen helt for sig selv.

I starten af ugen var vejret virkelig flot, med blå himmel og dejlig meget solskin. Men det betød også, at det var koldt, koldt, koldt. Ja, altså sådan rigtig rim-på-græsset koldt. Vi har derfor suppleret legepladserne med biblioteker og storcentre, når vi skulle ind og have varmen og spise vores medbragte formiddagsmad. Men solen varmer stadig dejligt og jeg nyder virkelig de mange flere solskinstimer, end vi er vandt til på denne årstid.

Lillesøster har nået lidt af en milepæl i denne uge. Hun har nemlig fundet første gear og kan nu møve sig fremad. Det går stadig langsomt og hvis legetøjet ligger mere end 10 cm foran hende, giver hun  op på forhånd. Men da storesøster møvede sig fremad første gang, gik der kun tre uger før hun kravlede og lillesøster har indtil nu været en anelse hurtigere om tingene end storesøster.

Storesøster gør også fremskridt, men på en lidt anden måde. Hun er bl.a. meget glad for sin skygge og vi snakker en del om, hvorfor den kun er der nogle gange. Også hverdag vs. weekend og helligdag har vi snakket en del om, for det er afgørende for, om far skal på arbejde eller er hjemme hele dagen. Selvom hun (helt objektivt selvfølgelig) er ret kvik, havde hun dog tilsyneladende fået blandet nogle af begreberne lidt sammen forleden. Hun forklarede nemlig meget overbevisende min mand at: “når himlen er blå, så skinner solen og når himlen er hvid, så er det helligdag”.

I næste uge kommer min lillesøster og hendes kæreste på besøg og det bliver vores sidste besøg inden vi selv vender snuden hjem mod Danmark igen. Det er lidt underligt, at vi allerede så småt har taget hul på kapitlet af “sidste gang, mens vi er i Frankrig”.
